Made in USA

All lighting fixtures manufactured by Eclipse Lighting Inc. are built in compliance with "Made In America" and qualify under the American Reinvestment & Recovery Act provision. All of our products are either made from parts built in the USA or if parts are from offshore, they qualify under:

1. TIER 1: Use parts or components where there is a treaty with foreign country that prohibits trade discrimination.
   
   
2. TIER 2: NAFTA - Use parts or components from a NAFTA origin.
   
   
3. TIER 3: Provide significant rework of imported housing assemblies, or have 51% or more of the costs of parts or labor supplied by us.
